The Most Important Person in the U.S.A.

HOW can WE the People regain control of OUR right to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness? WE have delved into what won’t work in order to find what will work. So far:

The List (simplified)

1.   Overthrow the government by a military coup or para-military militias?

2.   The 9/12 Project?

3.   ‘The Commerce Clause?’

4.   Convening a Constitutional Congress?

5.   Hope that the present circumstances will change and the will of WE the People will be implemented?

6.   Hope that the other party will get its act together and produce the necessary changes for WE the People in future elections?

7.   Remain divided and work for self, other causes, parties and candidates.

8.   Establish a new service to restore OUR rights to “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness – WE are Working on this Now!

Today: Restoring OUR Rights to: “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness!”

Last time WE saw that it is a system which must be torn down and ripped out. It is OUR Republic which must be restored. How can WE the People, restore OUR Republic?

Who is the most important person in all of OUR country, the United States of America?

OK, by “important,” I mean, who is the most powerful person in the U.S.A.?

Would you say that YOU, 1 of WE the People, is the most powerful person in all of the U.S.A.? Well yes this is true, as each one of US make up the whole of WE the People, but which one person among US, is the most powerful person in all the land of the Free and Home of the Brave? Here is a hint. WE the People have given this person this power. Now guess.

Would you say it is the president of the United States? How about the Speaker of the House of Representatives or the Senate Majority leader? How about the Vice President of the United States, also the president of the Senate, but whose real power is their tie breaking vote when the Senate is equally divided?

Here is another hint. This person, besides being the most powerful has the greatest amount of influence among US, WE the People. Perhaps Bill Gates of Microsoft or maybe Oprah Winfrey is the most powerful person? How about Eric Schmidt, C.E.O. of Google, surely he’s the most powerful person in the U.S.A.? Sorry, all of these would be the wrong answer.

OK, here’s another hint. Who is the most powerful person, relative to you – not a relative or a related to you (unless they are), but relative to you?

Try this one. Who is the most powerless person, not power-full, but power-less, in the whole country? Here is the last hint. The most powerful person and the most powerless person in the entire country, is the same person. Do you give up?

Well, perhaps you are tired of this game of endless guessing, but it was done with purpose, to give greater emphasis to the surprise.

In all of the country, the most powerful person and the most powerless person relative to you is the same person. Who is it?

The governor of the state where you live!

Think about this for a minute. Even before 1776, the separate colonies all had their King-of-England-appointed-governors. Since 1776, each of OUR several states continues to have a governor as the chief executive, of the people of their state. Since 1861, 1863 and 1871, these governors function more like vice presidents of sub-corporations, under the jurisdiction of, the District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.), and the president or chief executive officer (CEO), of The United States, Inc.

As governors or acting as vice presidents in a legal corporation, but illegally constitutionally, each one, as to our republic and relative to where each 1 of WE the People reside, is the most power-less person in the U.S.A.!

Under the appearance of a functioning republic (rule of law), now actually operating as mostly a democracy (rule by majority), WE the People through general elections have elected the governors of OUR particular state. If WE voted for them, WE helped to put them into office. If WE did not vote at all, WE may have also, helped to put them into office. Either way, this power has come to them from US and may still come from, WE the People. Do WE understand this?

This brings up the concept of the Electoral College. Honestly, I do not understand exactly how this whole Electoral College thing works, but I do understand its original intention and its power.

In our lifetimes, WE have seen some pretty close elections. The outcome of some elections has hinged upon not the popular vote, but the votes cast by the Electoral College. This has and does infuriate many of US and as a consequence, many refrain from getting involved in the political process at all or maybe even, never again.

Its original intent was if corruption was found in a campaign, a candidate, from polling fraud, through fake ballots, and bought-and-paid-for votes, and stuff like this, the Electoral College Delegates, could overturn the results of an election by voting completely different than the votes cast for a candidate in the election by popular vote.

Delegates to the Electoral College function very similar to the Delegates to a Constitutional Convention. If delegates to the Constitutional Convention did not have the power (at least equal to  Congress) to propose amendments and even propose to disband the Constitution, this method to propose and then ratify by the state Legislatures would not be possible.  See:

Convening a Constitutional Congress

If delegates to the Electoral College did not have the power they could neither elect the nominee nor change the results of the popular vote in the general election! Thankfully, most delegates have been unwilling or reluctant to contradict the votes cast by WE the People, but this in no way means, they are obligated to go along with OUR choices! Do WE understand this?

So if under this corrupt, corrupting and corruptible system and through OUR participation (voting) in the political process, OUR governors are the most powerless people in the country, so far as OUR republic is concerned, HOW then can WE the People, empower OUR governors to become the most powerful people in the country?

Next Time: Empowering OUR Restoration

I have promised and will keep my promise. I promise you that what WE can do about all of this and HOW to do it is coming! WE are in it, right now! The solution is on the way! It is really quite simple. It will not take forever or even a lifetime. It will only take a small amount of time and your direct participation. It may be difficult, but WE can do it IF, WE the People so will to do it. Do WE so will?

What may seem as insurmountable odds in regaining control of our liberties may appear hopeless, but there is an answer! Stay tuned here as we continue.

or what you can do for your country,

but what can WE the People do, for each other!”
